A few useful answers before you begin.
Start small. Achihiko is designed to be useful before you have a perfect system, a full archive, or a free afternoon.
What is Achihiko?
A private workspace for the obligations that are easy to lose: bills, renewals, appointments, purchases, records, and household tasks. It turns a loose detail into a next action, date, reminder, or record.
Do I need to upload a document?
No. The product is manual-first. You can describe an action or add its details directly, then use browser-local OCR or CSV parsing only when it helps.
What happens to a file I scan?
The original file is processed in your browser and is not retained by the application. Only the structured values you review and save are sent to the workspace.
Can I use it with another person?
Yes. Owners can invite accepted household members as members or viewers, then assign specific actions. Viewers remain read-only.
What reminders are available?
Radar and in-app reminders are part of the core workflow. Email reminders and browser push alerts are optional and depend on the relevant delivery settings being enabled.
Is Achihiko a bank or financial adviser?
No. Budget and affordability views are planning tools based on the income, spending, and commitments you record. They are not a bank balance or financial advice.
Start with one thing you do not want to forget.
Build a useful Radar in a couple of minutes, then let the system hold the thread.
